Naomi Judd died of self-inflicted firearm wound, says daughter Ashley

Naomi Judd passed away on 30th April 2022.
On Thursday, Naomi Judd's daughter, Ashley Judd, disclosed the actual cause of her death – a self-inflicted firearm wound.
It has been difficult for the Judd family to cope with her death in these weeks.
Ashley also said that it has been very difficult for them to digest and share that her mother used a firearm.
The reason behind this was that she was suffering from depression.
People have seen and heard of her suffering and even helped her walk back home.
Despite making her way into the Country Music Hall of Fame, it was becoming merely impossible to cope with her illness.
Even though her peers took her in, she couldn't last there till the end.
